Dr. Ana Polo, postodoctoral researcher working as geoarchaeologist at the Paleodem project, presented a poster in the last meeting of the Integrated Microscopy Approaches in Archaeology (IMAA) workshop.

His work titled “Addressing challenges in the investigation of Mesolithic hearth pits and associated plant remains using micromorphology: the case of El Arenal de la Virgen (SE Iberia)” deals with the methodological approach developed during fieldwork program and exposes preliminary results.
